Discs (2) with squared central hole: Cu alloy. I have discovered, thanks to my volunteering at Nottingham Industrial Museum, that these disks are from lace machine bobbins. There was a workshop or factory (now demolished and built over)behind my house in Hollis Street. I will try to find out whether it had any connections with the lace industry.
